Josh Little is a managing director at Innovatus Capital Partners LLC. Josh began his Kramer Levin career as an associate in 2008 in the Corporate department. During his time at the firm, Josh focused his practice on private equity transactions, litigation finance, insurance, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial ventures, and corporate governance.

How did your time at Kramer Levin help you prepare for your current role?
Kramer Levin provided me with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate matters. This exposure provided me with a solid foundation for my role as in-house counsel where no two days are alike. Given the variety and complexity of the issues we face on a day-to-day basis, I frequently rely on my experience at Kramer Levin in working towards solutions to help grow our business.
What would you tell potential recruits about working at Kramer Levin?
One of the most important lessons I learned at Kramer Levin was to take the time to understand each client’s business and goals. This familiarity proved to be essential in being able to provide valuable and commercial advice. At Kramer Levin, I was lucky to work with so many individuals who were willing to invest the time and effort in teaching me these lessons, among countless others.
What made you want to be involved with the Kramer Levin Alumni program?
The relationships I developed at Kramer Levin have lasted well beyond my time at the firm as there are a number of individuals who continue to serve as mentors to me. I look forward to participating in the Alumni program as a way to show my appreciation for all the firm has done for me.
