Jonathan D. Goodman Receives The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award

Corporate partner Jonathan D. Goodman has been named one of The M&A Advisor’s 2020 Emerging Leaders in the Legal Advisor category. The award was presented at the 11th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards Gala, held virtually on Jan. 28, 2021.

Jonathan advises clients on corporate matters, with an emphasis on middle-market transactions. He counsels private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic buyers in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and other investment transactions, and has vast experience working on transactions in the financial services, real estate services and insurance brokerage industries, among others.
