James Hannah Named One of Law360’s 2017 Rising Stars

Intellectual Property partner James Hannah has been named one of Law360’s 2017 Rising Stars. The Rising Stars list honors attorneys under the age of 40 who have demonstrated outstanding career accomplishments.

Mr. Hannah’s achievements include successfully defending against 37 inter partes review challenges to Finjan Inc.’s software security patents — 23 of which were denied by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board — securing two multimillion-dollar patent infringement verdicts for Finjan, as well as the defense of Sirius XM Satellite Radio in a patent litigation that resulted in a favorable settlement.
