Guillaume Forbin and Team Join Kramer Levin in Paris

Kramer Levin announced today that Guillaume Forbin is joining the firm as a partner in the firm’s Paris office together with counsel Marie Davy and associates Marie Gayno and Maxime Gouzes.

The team advises French and foreign clientele in the resolution of complex industrial, commercial and liability law disputes, as well as shareholder disputes and post-acquisition litigations. They are also involved in criminal and environmental law-related disputes.

In addition, the team advises clients in connection with contract and commercial partnership negotiations and the acquisition of domestic and international assets.

The four-lawyer team joins Kramer Levin from Altana Avocats. Mr. Forbin, who is admitted to the Paris Bar, previously practiced at Rambaud Martel and Salans.
