Firm Deals Receive Awards at Annual International M&A Awards Including a Middle-Market Deal of Year
Two Kramer Levin deals won awards at the M&A Advisor's 3rd Annual International M&A Awards on October 11, 2011 at the Cornell Club in New York City.
Kramer Levin client Pangea3's acquisition by Thomson Reuters won the M&A Deal of the Year (over $50 million to $100 million). The Kramer Levin team included Corporate partner Eric M. Kramer Levin client American International Group's divestiture of consumer finance businesses in Argentina won the Financial Services Sector Transaction of the Year.
