Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP announced today that Eitan Tabak has joined the firm as a partner in the corporate department. Mr. Tabak is an accomplished private equity and investment fund lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, corporate finance, and general company representation. He joins from Morrison Cohen LLP, where he was a partner.

Mr. Tabak regularly advises companies and private equity funds in connection with corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings.

Eitan grew up in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew. He graduated with his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and his B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University.
