Kramer Levin is pleased to announce the arrival of Danièle Darmon as a Real Estate partner in the firm’s Paris office.
Darmon specializes in real estate transactions and rental management. Her client list comprises investment funds, asset managers, insurance companies and leading banks.
She is involved in many asset management issues, and she drafts and negotiates all types of leases and real estate investments. She also has developed a particular expertise in regulated activities (such as Hoguet law), activities related to classified installations for the protection of the environment, and hotel agreements. She brings with her one associate, Laïla El Kihal Bouadla.
Darmon is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris I University (Panthéon-Sorbonne). She joins Kramer Levin from Simmons & Simmons.
“We are delighted to welcome Danièle to our real estate department,” said Renaud Dubois, managing partner of the Paris office of Kramer Levin. “It confirms the dynamism of this multidisciplinary practice and complements Pierre Appremont’s real estate investment taxation and structuring practice, Arnaud Guérin’s corporate/M&A real estate practice, and my construction law consulting and litigation practice.”
