Paris counsel Wadie Sanbar's article, "Banking & Financial Monopoly Tested by the Reform of Contract Law and the New MiFID 2 and MiFIR Schemes," appeared in the December 2016 issue of the French publication Banque & Droit. The article examines how the contract law and MiF reforms have weakened, at the international level, and the banking and financial monopoly through the creation of new access to the French market for foreign actors.
