2019 ANA/BAA Marketing Law Conference
Litigation partners Norman C. Simon and Eileen M. Patt, special counsel Samantha V. Ettari and associate Harry Morgenthau will speak at the 2019 ANA/BAA Marketing Law Conference November 4 – 6 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina hotel in California. Norm and Eileen will speak at the general session "Emerging Trends in Advertising Litigation.” Eileen and Harry will take part in a panel discussion titled “‘Natural’ Advertising Claims: Lessons from Developments in Consumer Class Actions,” and Sam will take part in a panel titled “Cross-Border: How to Litigate and Advertise in a Global Data World."
