• William Cavanagh works on structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes. His work on behalf of issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders and service providers includes drafting and reviewing transaction-related documents, performing due diligence reviews, and facilitating closings.

    William’s experience prior to joining Kramer Levin includes both securitization transactions and litigation.
