• Vivian Y. Zhang works on Corporate matters.

    Vivian returns to Kramer Levin after participating in the firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2023, during which she worked with the Bankruptcy and Corporate departments conducting legal research, drafting motions and memoranda, and reviewing documents. During law school, Vivian also worked as a legal intern for a New York City-based hedge fund, as well as with the Honorable E. Grace Park of the Bronx Family Court.
