• Shreya Ramchandani handles intellectual property litigation; in particular, patent and trade secret disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as patent prosecution. Shreya advises clients across numerous market sectors including biotechnology, customer relationship management software, online media, security software and pharmaceuticals. Her work involves all phases of these cases and includes drafting briefs and dispositive motions; managing discovery review and production; preparing for and conducting witness depositions; overseeing trial preparation; and handling settlement negotiations.
