Shikha Garg works on trial and appellate matters, including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property and bankruptcy-related litigation. Shikha is involved in all phases of these cases. Her work includes drafting complaints, motions, briefs, cert petition briefing and other filings; managing discovery; arguing pretrial and summary judgment motions; first- and second-chairing fact and expert witness depositions; and serving as a member of trial and appellate teams. Shikha recently argued a breach-of-contract appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
