• Nicholas J. Bazzarone works on a variety of Corporate Finance matters, assisting in the representation of banks and institutional lenders, investment banks, and private equity firms and other alternative lenders, as well as borrowers, in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Nick’s work includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing transactional and related documents, managing and conducting due diligence, and facilitating closings.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Nick worked in the Capital Markets practice of a global firm, where he worked with domestic and multinational clients both as issuers and as underwriters on cross-border debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as complex structured transactions in the energy sector and digital asset field.
