• Michael A. Witschel works on complex structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes. Michaels’s work on behalf of issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders and service providers includes drafting and reviewing transaction-related documents, performing due diligence reviews, and facilitating closings.

    Michael previously worked in the corporate and securitization practices of a number of US-based and global law firms.
