• Maxwell R. Morris works on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and strategic investors. His work includes drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and executing closing and post-closing requirements. He also focuses on investment advisory matters for asset managers and their boards of directors.

    Maxwell’s volunteer work includes serving as an elected member of the Young Adults Council of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America and as vice president of the Young Adults Council of the Israeli Tennis Center Microfinance Council in Tel Aviv, where he mentors disadvantaged Arab and Israeli youth.
