• Matthew A. Galante works on complex structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes. Matthew assists issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders and service providers in these transactions. His work involves drafting and reviewing transaction-related documents, performing due diligence and facilitating closings.

    Matthew previously worked as an associate in structured finance at a Chicago-headquartered global law firm, where he represented clients across a number of industries and asset classes on high-value securitization transactions.
