In her role as chief legal talent officer, Lauren Tapper works with firm leadership to develop and implement Kramer Levin’s strategic recruiting and professional development initiatives.
Lauren leads the firm’s lawyer recruitment efforts, including lateral and first-year associate hiring, as well as the summer associate program. Her work also involves collaborating on the successful onboarding of all new lawyers, strategizing and implementing policies and programs addressing retention issues, and assisting on aspects of counsel and associate relations.
