Kelly R. Schreiber

Kelly R. Schreiber is a member of the Employment Law group. Kelly represents employers in a variety of employment-related claims and disputes, including discrimination and retaliation, restrictive covenant, and deferred compensation claims. She also assists clients in complying with federal, state and local employment laws and advises clients on a wide array of issues, including compliance with paid leave requirements, transactional matters, and mergers and acquisitions (both buy side and sell side). Kelly also works closely with clients in conducting workplace investigations involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment and violation of workplace policies.
