Joseph J. Palmeri

Joe has extensive experience in developing and supporting infrastructure services, global help desks and enterprise administration; defining and implementing strategic plans; and analyzing and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. He directs the firm’s technology strategy and development of all associated planning, and he is responsible for the security and confidentiality of all client and firm data. He manages an extensive project portfolio annually, as well as more than 1,000 technical nodes.

Joe heads the Technology Services group, a team of 60 professionals who handle technology infrastructure; application development and deployment; telecommunications; cybersecurity, business continuity and disaster recovery; technology training, desktop support and the help desk; legal technology services (litigation support); knowledge and research services (the library); conference center services, cafe and reception; and document (word) processing.

Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Joe spent a large part of his career as a director of global corporate infrastructure for a financial services firm, where he gained important skills and experience in technology management, financial budgeting, business systems development and service delivery.

In addition to his work at Kramer Levin, Joe serves on several advisory councils for local vendor organizations and international firms.
