• Jeffrey Coleman, Ph.D., represents clients in complex, high-stakes patent litigation. He advises patent owners seeking to enforce their rights and companies defending against allegations of patent infringement. Jeffrey advises clients on matters related to a diverse array of technologies, including small molecule pharmaceuticals, biologics, vaccines and vaccine formulations, medical devices, DNA/RNA technology, and molecular diagnostics. He also counsels companies on the development and commercialization of patents and patent portfolios, freedom to operate, and patent licensing.

    Jeffrey handles all facets of patent litigation, including pre-suit analysis and investigation, fact and expert discovery, depositions, technical reports, Markman and summary judgment proceedings, and trial. He also has experience coordinating U.S. patent litigation proceedings with parallel ex-U.S. litigations. Jeffrey also has experience in inter partes review proceedings, and proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

    Jeffrey also dedicates significant time to pro bono work. He has assisted veterans seeking disability benefits and immigrants seeking to become naturalized U.S. citizens.
