Jaedyn Ellis works on corporate matters.
Jae returns to Kramer Levin after participating in the firm’s summer associate program, where she worked with the Mergers and Acquisitions group, working on transactional documents and assisting with due diligence for public and private equity and debt and equity-linked securities. While in law school, Jae also participated in the summer associate program of a Silicon Valley-based international law firm, working with the corporate practice, and interned with the private credit group of a leading global investment firm.
