• Gabriel Eisenberger works on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights matters, including in-and out-of-court restructurings, distressed investments, special situations, and bankruptcy claims trading. With a J.D./MBA and a background in corporate law and litigation, he brings a commercial and legal perspective to his work on behalf of clients. Gabriel performs credit and collateral analysis, drafting and review of contracts, and litigation work for institutional clients.

    Gabriel has also assisted in representation of official creditors’ committees in the Boy Scouts of America, Brazos, GenesisCare and Endo Pharmaceuticals bankruptcies. Gabriel also advises and assists in the representation of clients with respect to pending cryptocurrency bankruptcy proceedings, including crypto lenders/borrowers, customers and claims purchasers, including the FTX and Celsius bankruptcies.

    Gabriel commits time to pro bono and community service, including providing pro bono representation on housing, guardianship and identity theft matters. Gabriel received a Dean’s List award from Volunteers of Legal Services in 2023 for his pro bono representation and successful settlement of his client’s NYCHA housing dispute.
