• David Benger works on corporate matters, in particular on the formation of both private and public investment funds.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, David worked as an associate in the New York City office of one of the largest international law firms. He also maintains a robust pro bono practice in civil rights and asylum matters.

    He previously clerked for Judge Allison H. Eid of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
