• Daniel Kugler works on litigation matters, including complex criminal and civil cases. Daniel’s experience involves discovery, criminal trial defense, motion practice, and appeals on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. He also dedicates significant time to pro bono.

    Daniel clerked with the Hon. Jennifer L. Rochon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before that, Daniel served as both an associate and a summer associate at Kramer Levin.
