• Cal McKinney works on Litigation matters.

    Cal returns to Kramer Levin after participating in the firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2023. During law school, Cal served as a law clerk for the National Football League where he focused on collective bargaining and labor relations matters. Additionally, he worked as a research assistant for the UC Berkeley Center for Law and Work, conducting legal research on issues pertaining to the California Labor Code and federal employment law, while also participating in the Wage Justice Clinic. Cal authored an article titled “Hard Seltzer Packaging and Consumer Perception: Unpacking Warren v. The Coca-Cola Company,” which was published in the Spring 2024 volume of Jus Vini, the Journal of Wine & Spirits Law.
