• Brittany Penn works on intellectual property matters, assisting in the representation of clients in complex patent litigation. Brittany’s work involves all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings and motions, conducting legal research and patent infringement analyses, managing discovery and preparing witnesses. She also prepares and prosecutes patents across a range of industries, including medical devices and consumer products.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Brittany worked as an associate for one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the United States.
