• Ayla Lima works on Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Litigation matters.

    Ayla joins Kramer Levin after clerking for the Hon. Craig T. Goldblatt of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. During law school, she served as a research assistant to bankruptcy professor Kara Bruce, researching and updating the 2022 hornbook series The Law of Bankruptcy. She also worked as a summer associate in an Oklahoma-based law firm and interned in both the legal department of a regional energy company and with the Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. For more than a decade, she has volunteered as a participant and community recruiter for the American Cancer Society: Relay For Life.
