• Amanda Hertz works on banking and finance matters, assisting banks, institutional lenders, investment banks, private equity firms and corporate borrowers across various debt and private credit financings.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Amanda worked in the New York office of a corporate finance and securities law firm. While in law school, she served as a legal extern for LegalHealth, a division of New York Legal Assistance Group, and a legal compliance intern for Covenant House, a national nonprofit dedicated to helping runaway, homeless and trafficked youth.
